Standardized OBD-II data
Generic Mode 01 live data, Mode 02 freeze-frame information, Mode 03 stored DTCs, Mode 06 onboard monitor results, and Mode 07 pending DTCs are part of the current core.
VEHTRIX · ANDROID DIAGNOSTICS
Vehtrix is a professional Android scan-tool platform being built for technicians and serious vehicle owners who want focused diagnostics without unnecessary complexity.
In active development · Android test builds underway
CURRENT ENGINEERING SCOPE
Vehtrix is being developed from the scan-tool workflow outward: connect, identify the vehicle, see the network, read faults, inspect standardized data, and get to useful information quickly.
Generic Mode 01 live data, Mode 02 freeze-frame information, Mode 03 stored DTCs, Mode 06 onboard monitor results, and Mode 07 pending DTCs are part of the current core.
VIN retrieval and adapter-driven discovery are being integrated into a fast connection flow designed for both phones and tablets.
The interface is being designed around detected vehicle modules so technicians can move from the network overview into module information, tests, faults, and data.
Vehtrix is being engineered for responsive parameter streaming, clear data presentation, and practical use at the vehicle rather than a desktop-only experience.
ADAPTER STRATEGY
Vehtrix is being built as software first, with adapter support added deliberately and validated on real vehicles.
Initial development is centered on the Ford VCM Lite hardware platform, using Vehtrix's own diagnostic software stack and validated USB/Bluetooth communication.
Active validationA broadly available consumer/prosumer adapter is planned as the second supported interface, extending Generic OBD-II access beyond VCM Lite users.
PlannedPLANNED LAUNCH MODEL
Vehtrix is planned as a free Android download with a $9.99 one-time Generic OBD-II unlock. The Generic OBD-II unlock is planned with no subscription and no expiration.
Pricing and release scope may change before public launch as validation continues.
