Guiding Isles Terms of Use

These terms describe permitted use of Guiding Isles, an Android game from AzVa Enterprises LLC. Please read them alongside the Privacy Policy. Nothing here limits rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Using the game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for entertainment on compatible devices. You may stop using it at any time. Do not redistribute the game as your own, unlawfully copy or sell its artwork or audio, interfere with its services, or manipulate advertising or reward systems.

Applicable law and the licenses of included third-party components may give you additional rights. These terms do not remove those rights.

Progress and virtual rewards

Stamps, hints, lanterns, and other game rewards are features within the game. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and are not transferable outside the game.

Progress is saved locally. Clearing app storage, uninstalling, device failure, or changing devices can result in permanent loss. The current version has no cloud synchronization or automatic Android backup.

The game includes advertisements provided through Google AdMob. Rewarded advertisements are optional, and a reward is granted when the advertising service reports that the reward has been earned. Ad availability may vary with connectivity, region, and provider availability.

Interstitial advertisements may appear at completed-area or daily-puzzle departure points. Advertiser content and websites are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and changes

We may update the game to fix issues, improve play, or change content. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular advertisement, or a particular future feature. Daily puzzles use the device's calendar date; changing it can affect which daily puzzle is offered.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available without guarantees that it will be error-free or suitable for every device. We are not responsible for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms as the game changes. The effective date above will be updated, and any notice required by applicable law will be provided.
